The District LED Faceshield E-bike helmet is an innovative fusion of safety and style. It is crafted with a durable ABS hardshell for safety on city bikes and e-bikes. To ensure visibility during the day and night the helmet is featured with 12 front and 10 rear USB rechargeable LED lights. The intelligent flash mode activates when the battery is low, providing over 4 hours of additional runtime. The adjustable transparent (cat. 0) faceshield delivers protection for your eyes against everything flying around. The space underneath provides room for regular glasses if needed. And on top of this, the helmet is a sustainable choice; it is made with an ABS hardshell that extends the product lifetime and is partially constructed with recycled EPS.
Sliding system:
– This is an aluminium slide through which the helmet straps run, which can easily be moved and stays in place due to resistance.
Hard Shell (ABS):
– Hardshell helmets have an ABS shell. In this construction, the ABS shell and the EPS foam are glued together. The advantage of an ABS shell is that it is very durable and shockproof due to the thickness of this shell. However, it is also a little heavier.
Straps:
– The straps of a helmet are important for both safety as comfort. All the helmets straps used in our helmets have a nice touch on the skin. The straps used in the more high end helmets have an even softer feeling and are more lightweight. All our straps comply with the safety standards.
