The Black Diamond Distance Carbon FLZ is a top-of-the-line trekking pole that offers full adjustability and folding capabilities. Made entirely of carbon, this trekking pole is highly versatile and also features FlickLock+ technology and a three-section foldable shaft. The ultralight recycled nylon Distance strap is breathable and moisture-wicking, while the ultralight EVA grip provides the perfect balance of comfort. Additionally, interchangeable rubber Tech Tips make this pole the ultimate lightweight and detail-oriented piece of pole technology.

Key features include the FlickLock®. The most secure pole-adjustment Forged aluminium construction mechanism available, FlickLock® Pro features forged aluminium construction and a low-profile design for ultimate clamping force when you need it most. How to Measure: On flat ground, the top of the trekking pole handle should be at waist or hip level and your elbow at approximately 90 degrees. For walking, hiking and backpacking: Stability and support matter most. Size up if you’re right on a size cusp. For running: Uphill propulsion matters most. Size down if you’re right on the size cusp.
