The AKILA HAMMER from Blue Ice is a highly technical, compact and robust mountaineering axe with a hammer.

With the same features as the classic model, this axe stands out with its hammer, which provides a surface suitable for effective pitching in mixed or high mountain conditions. It is also the first type 1/B ice axe to achieve such a high level of technical performance in the ultra-lightweight category. It has a bladed shape for optimal anchorage on any type of surface, while its tip is wide enough to quickly clear the snow before screwing in a pin. Measuring 49 cm, this compact, lightweight ice axe is easy to store in a backpack.
