Made in nylon 420D, the Scorpion is an exceptionally strong and versatile BCD that includes several virtues for every user. Cressi is renowned worldwide for its independent harness designs and the Scorpion is no exception, with an extremely stable, comfortable harness that fully relieves the user’s torso of any pressure even while inflated. Padded shoulder straps with internal seams reduce friction and allow safer use even while diving without a suit, while the ventral strap uses a pulley effect to guarantee an optimal tension.
With a large air capacity, the Scorpion´s dorsal chamber has excellent climbing performance favored by its highly hydrodynamic design. Its LAS 2.0 ballast system’s ease of use also prevents accidental ballast loss due to its special attachments. As a bonus, the Scorpion also has an easy-access zippered accessory pocket, plus four ABS rings that allow the water bottle or other accessories to be held securely.
The SCORPION Jacket is an impressively light high-buoyancy rear-mounted BC, anatomically designed for maximum comfort and wearability. Its main features are its detachable harness and air cell.The rear-mounted air cell interferes neither with the main underwater component nor with the adjustment straps, not even when it is inflated to the maximum: this means extra freedom of movement and buoyancy for the diver.The special air cell compression strap guarantees extra quick deflation and volume control.The ultralight semi-rigid harness ensures optimal stability and high comfort with its air-net fabric.Its integrated Cressi Flat-Lock-Aid Weight System makes extra easy to release the pockets.
