Made for speed, the Race Pants Men are cut from a premium polyester with a mechanical stretch that lets you move fast in the mountains. Sporty style is mixed with high performance in the RACE PANTS MEN. Made from a 100% polyester fabric with a 2-layer construction and a mechanical stretch, these pants allow you to move fast in the mountains. To keep you warm and dry, the PFC-free pants are insulated with 100% polyester padding while the taped seams and the snow gaiters inside the legs keep out the wet and the cold. For extra comfort, the Intelligent Apparel Membrane offers the highest level of waterproofness and breathability, while the Moisture Transfer Microfiber technology helps fabric to dry quickly, keeping you cozy. An adjustable waistband means you can customize for the perfect fit, and comes with belt loops as well as loops for suspender attachment. The front fly has a press button, hook and SAB® coil zipper while the hand pockets have a brushed lining and laminated water-resistant SAB® coil zippers.

Technology:
Taped Seams:
– Seams are a weak point on clothing where moisture and wind can penetrate. That is why the seams on the inside of our products are sealed with tape. This tape is machine-welded onto the seam and closes it completely.

PFC Free:
– Textiles in the outdoor sector are usually treated with PFCs (polifluorinated chemicals) to make them water and oil repellent. These chemicals are controversial because of their harmfulness to both human health and the environment. We try to avoid them where ever possible.
MXM:
– Intense competitions and hard training sessions demand a lot from clothing. For this purpose we developed the HEAD Sportswear MXM (Moisture Transfer Microfibre) technology. These high-performing microfibres move sweat to the surface of the material where it is efficiently removed. This brings a cooling effect and allows the material to dry quickly.
IAM 2020:

The developers concentrated on achieving the perfect combination of elasticity, eliminating restrictions where outer material is concerned, and easy washability. The membrane is manufactured with a water column and breathability factor of 20,000/20,000. The Intelligent Apparel Membrane is a high-performing design that optimizes breathability and comfort. With a breathability of 20,000 g/m²/24h and a water column of 20,000mm, it provides reliable water resistance and advanced climate management.
