– A 3:3 suit (uniform 3mm neoprene) prevents the legs from being pushed too high, which can lead to lower back pain and inefficient strokes.

– The X:O Skeleton™ stabilises the core to improve efficiency in the water. This built in support system keeps your body in the optimal position to reduce drag and fatigue.
Arms Neutral™:
