The front is made from a high density woven fabric (89% nylon, 11% polyester) weighing just 50 g/m², offering a total windproof barrier against cold draughts. In contrast, the back panel is made from a much lighterstretchmesh (80 g/m²). This intelligent contrast blocks the wind on your chest while allowing your back to breathe freely. So you avoid the “sauna” effect and stay perfectly dry, even during sustained exertion.

Northwave have taken their attention to detail right down to the zip, equipping this waistcoat with a double YKK zip with cam lock. This feature allows you to open the waistcoat from the top or bottom, giving you easier access to your jersey pockets or increasing ventilation without having to remove the garment.
