The modern version of the legendary Pista retains the beautiful aesthetics of the original, but improves its design in different ways.
The gauge has been upgraded to a much higher accuracy (+/- 3%) compared to the original (+/- 5%), in addition to adding a reinforcement to the base that protects the gauge from shock.
The current handle of this Pista is a reincarnation of the original in 1962 in bakelite, with two slots to house the hose that allow the pump to be placed flat in the trunk of the car or in a drawer.
The SILCA team has specified ash wood for this handle for its incredible hardness and stability, allowing it to be CNC machined.

The steel main body and piston improve quality and durability over previous designs, adding linear motion bearings for maximum smoothness, while the slightly enlarged base ensures better stability without sacrificing portability.
