Simple and uncompromising, the MOUNT BRE from The North Face is a men’s mountain jacket that provides hard-wearing, discreet protection for sportsmen and women.

Combining double-layer stretch DryVent™ fabric with Heatseeker™ insulation targeted at key areas, this model forms protection against wind, rain, snow and cold, without excessive heat on bright, sunny days. What’s more, it has a comfortable fabric for total freedom of movement, while its recycled materials also make it gentler on nature.

This jacket boosts its snow performance with a helmet-compatible hood, a detachable snow skirt with press studs and inside pockets for your phone and glasses.

Composition:

• Fabric – Main part : DryVent™ double layer 94% recycled polyester, 6% elastane, 175 g/m² twill with PFC-free long-lasting water repellency (DWR) treatment.
• Fabric – Lining (main part) : 100% recycled polyester plain weave 72 g/m² with long-lasting PFC-free water-repellent treatment (PFC-free DWR)
• Fabric – Lining (collar) : 100% recycled polyester 105 g/m² brushed mesh
• Insulation: Heatseeker™ 80 g – 70% post-consumer recycled polyester in main; 60 g in hood, collar and sleeves
• Breathable and waterproof double-layer DryVent™ fabric with sealed seams
• Heatseeker™ synthetic insulation: has hollow fibres at its core to provide warmth, performance and strength
